We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a world leader in developing and producing advanced engineering technologies, we're committed to helping our customers navigate the world's most pressing energy challenges.

In this role, you'll support our Sales team with complete pre and post-sales activities, including customer creation, credit rating, and order processing. You'll work independently on financial, legal, and commercial topics, reviewing and vetting bank guarantees and letters of credit.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team with pre and post-sales activities
  • Work independently on financial, legal, and commercial topics
  • Review and vet bank guarantees and letters of credit
  • Manage Sales Administration activities
  • Review customer orders and ensure consistency and completeness
  • Support Sales team with commercial quotation and offer document preparation
  • Clarify, elaborate, and optimize contract issues
  • Conduct commercial contract negotiations

What We're Looking For:

  • MBA/M.Com/CA/LLB/CS with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in contract reviews and sales activities
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
