Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and address client issues.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of client reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address client issues and concerns.
