
Head of Digital Growth

Attracting and retaining customers is crucial to our growth. We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and engagement strategies for both consumer-to-consumer and business-to-business segments. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, analytical skills, and the ability to drive sustainable growth.
About the Role:
- Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to acquire individuals and businesses across multiple geographies with minimal costs per acquisition.
- Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, referral programs, and content marketing to attract and retain customers.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Search Engine Optimization: Increase organic acquisitions through a focused SEO strategy, maximizing keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization to reduce bounce rates.
- Paid Acquisition Channels: Drive efficiency on all paid acquisition channels by tracking cost per acquisition, downstream behavior, such as revenue and margin, to ensure a significant return on investment.
- Growth Hacking Techniques: Implement and manage A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other growth hacking techniques to improve marketing performance.
- Customer Segmentation: Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing messages and improve customer lifecycle management.
- Social Media Presence: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and affiliate marketing efforts.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Analytical Evaluation: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA from a premier institution is preferred.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the banking industry.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Growth Hacking Methods: Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and other growth hacking methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
- Fintech Knowledge: Knowledge of fintech trends, regulations, and market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Up-to-date Trends: Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
