Role Overview: As our D2C Head, you will own the entire online customer journey, from the first click to the repeat purchase. You'll be responsible for Shopify management, performance marketing, website enhancements, and conversion optimization. You're not just managing a store, you're building an unstoppable online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of Shopify – from backend setup to frontend optimization
    • Manage end-to-end D2C operations including product uploads, pricing, inventory sync, payment gateways & analytics
      • Strategize and execute SEO & Email Marketing campaigns to drive organic growth
        • Research, test, and implement growth strategies to scale D2C revenue
          • Collaborate with designers & developers for website enhancement and improved user experience
            • Plan, run & optimize paid ads and performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
              • Conduct competitor website analysis to identify opportunities & stay ahead of trends
                • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and best-in-class customer experience
                  • Monitor, analyze & report KPIs – traffic, conversion, ROAS, CAC, retention

Requirements/Must haves:

  • Hands-on Shopify expertise – full technical & operational knowledge
    • Strong experience in D2C marketplace management
      • Solid understanding of SEO, Email Marketing, and Website Analytics
        • Knowledge of Paid Ads, Performance Marketing & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
          • Competitor research & benchmarking skills
            • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
              • Minimum 4–6 years in E-commerce/D2C (preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG)
