Core Responsibility
Generate & drive business growth across Urbanroof (Waterproofing & Repairs) and Wise Square (Interior Consultancy) by owning revenue, gross profit, and marketing outcomes.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role where you design, implement, and optimise growth levers across digital, offline, and partnerships.
The role spans all 4 verticals of your group:
i) Home Care (Urbanroof)
ii) Home Interior Consultancy (Wise Square)
iii) Real Estate Home Buying Advisory : To be launched
iv) Career Coaching & Education Platform: To be launched
Duties & Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Profit Ownership
• Take end-to-end responsibility for meeting defined revenue & gross profit targets.
• Create monthly growth plans and execute relentlessly until outcomes are met.
2. Early-Stage Growth Execution
• Lead customer acquisition & onboarding for Wise Square's initial customers.
• Simultaneously build Urbanroof's lead pipeline with homeowner-focused campaigns.
3. Multi-Role Marketing Execution
• Drive pre-sales, ATL/BTL activations, on-ground events, and digital campaigns.
• Step into customer support & field execution wherever gaps exist.
4. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
• Deliver weekly & monthly lead targets.
• Improve conversion funnels and increase average ticket size through digital campaigns, trust content, and remarketing.
5. Content & Collaborations
• Lead content-driven growth campaigns (educational guides, reels, explainer videos).
• Manage influencer marketing, digital collabs, and social media growth partnerships.
6. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
• Identify & acquire alliances with architects, societies, real estate brokers, and homeowner communities.
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with stakeholders to generate pipeline.
7. Stakeholder Management
• Build relationships with CXOs, Sales Heads, CRM managers, community leaders.
• Represent the company in forums, developer networks, and industry groups.
8. Strategy & Market Execution
• Devise market-specific growth plans tailored to Pune/Mumbai (for Urbanroof) & pan-India digital for Wise Square.
• Benchmark competitors, adopt best practices, and deploy interventions quickly.
9. Business Analytics & Data-Driven Growth
• Build & track dashboards for leads, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and GM%.
• Use insights to reallocate budgets and redesign campaigns in real time.
10. Cross-Functional Execution Support
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Vendor Mgmt, and Product teams for growth initiatives.
• Step in wherever planning & execution alignment is needed.
