Senior Performance Marketing Specialist


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven and innovative professional to drive digital growth across paid media, SEO, marketplace visibility and website performance. This role is critical in building and scaling our digital marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Strategy & Paid Media: Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to maximize ROI, CAC efficiency and conversions.
  • Marketplace Marketing (Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart): Manage advertising, promotions and visibility on Amazon and Blinkit and other platforms. Monitor product performance, reviews and optimize listings for higher conversion.
  • SEO & Website Growth: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility. Drive website traffic and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Analytics & MIS: Set up tracking and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and budget vs actuals. Present insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Marketing Executive and Social Media team to align performance strategy with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Amazon Ads, Blinkit promotions.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization and customer funnels.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
