Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to take on a challenging role as a Senior Legal Associate. This position involves representing clients in various legal matters, conducting thorough due diligence, and providing expert legal advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
  • Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues.
  • Support client negotiations and investor communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree – mandatory.
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) degree – highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in law firms or corporate entities.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
