Job Title: Operational Excellence Modeler

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and development of master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Gathering requirements for product design and implementing Process Intelligence (PI) in Opcenter MES.
  • Collaborating with experts to determine site-specific requirements for new PI designs.
  • Designing and creating Master Batch Records (MBRs) for specifications on Bill of Parameters (BOP).
  • Developing complex Process Instructions (PIs) for Weighing & Dispensing, Manufacturing, and Packaging processes.
  • Converting site requirements into Batch Records for each process.
  • Validating created PIs for site deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • End-to-end implementation experience of Siemens Opcenter EXPH.
  • Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards and practical use of these standards in application design.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH Specification, Execution, Compliance, and Performance Module.
  • Experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH- Configuration, Customization, Installation, Upgrade, Development, and Configuration.
