Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Leader to drive standardization, quality management, and process optimization across our diverse consulting practices.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in professional services environment with progressive responsibility.
  • Professional certifications like CA, CIA, CPA, CFE, CFA, PMP, or Six Sigma highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following service areas:
  • Internal Audit / Risk Advisory
  • Business Valuation & Modelling
  • Forensic Accounting / Investigation
  • Transaction Advisory Services (Financial Due Diligence)
  • IT Assurance & Advisory (ITAC, SOX)
  • Management Consulting / Business Consulting
  • Proven track record in roles involving process improvement, quality management, project management office (PMO), or operational excellence.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), project management software, and other consulting tools.

This role will be pivotal in enhancing operational excellence through robust quality management frameworks, process optimization, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities include driving process improvements, implementing quality management systems, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, quality management, and project management, with expertise in operational excellence, risk management, and change management.
