Operational Excellence Expert

We seek a Senior BPR Specialist to deliver exceptional technical expertise in process excellence and business transformation. The ideal candidate will analyze processes for effectiveness, diagnose pain-points, and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze assigned processes to identify areas for improvement, and develop alternative solutions through stakeholder engagement.
- Implement process solutions to enhance operational efficiency and recommend strategic improvements.
- Apply process reengineering methodologies to modernize processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Capture operational efficiencies through quantitative metrics and communicate progress to upper management.
- Document project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead business consulting engagements using various tools and methodologies.
- Develop business process documents including As Is, To Be, Benchmarking of KPIs, Solution design etc.
- Collaborate as a team member or lead on business consulting projects.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt / Green Belt) is an asset.
- Minimum 3-6 years' experience driving process improvement or consulting projects.
