Job Title

We are seeking a diligent and adaptable professional to support our Quality Management team in providing high-quality operational services. As part of RISE with SAP, several strategic customers start their transformation journey towards Cloud along with SAP ECS using an enhanced delivery model. The ECS MEE Large Customer Operations Organization has been setup to provide the right level of operations service with a dedicated team within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services for these large strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Support with our ticket excellence initiative for incidents and service requests
  • Drive small projects and programs related to process improvement initiatives on the daily operational activities
  • Dashboards data analysis to support pattern identification
Requirements:
  • 1 year's work experience in IT technologies in a similar role
  • Bachelor's or master's degree Student in Computer or Electronics, Communication Engineering, Computer science, Information Technology systems, Computer applications, IT Business Systems
  • Strong customer service focus paired with analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ability to work in international teams constantly adding value to customer and within organization
