A career in operations consulting services will provide you with the opportunity to help clients optimize all elements of their operations to move beyond the role of a cost-effective business enabler and become a source of competitive advantage. Our team focuses on product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs to drive both growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of operations consulting offerings, tools, and methodologies, credentials across industries and engagement models.
  2. Deliver projects as per contract – initially under the guidance of the project manager and gradually developing independent project management skills – ensure value delivery to clients – work with the client team as per the designed approach.
  3. Always look out for opportunities for delivering value to clients and thereby ensure maximum client satisfaction leading to repeat business/positive feedback.
  4. Build strong client relationships during delivery and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutions.
  5. Participate in business development activities of the firm; research on potential clients and identify value proposition, proposal making.
  6. Take up team-wide initiatives targeted at improving delivery/introducing new products.
  7. Build and continuously update domain knowledge in operations.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal, written, and inter-personal skills and ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Should be presentable, confident in approach, and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Should be assertive and in situations of influencing.
  • Should be extremely conversant with Excel & PPT. Should be able to work across spreadsheets on analytics in excel with key functions. Should be able to make professional presentations in PPT.
  • Needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.
  • Needs to have hands-on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively days in a month.
  • Preferred skill sets: needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.
  • Needs to have hands-on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure.
  • Years of experience required: 4-7 Yrs experience.
  • Education Qualification: BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CAs.
  • Degrees/Field Of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor Degree, Master of Business Administration, Chartered Accountant Diploma.
  • Degrees/Field Of Study Preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified).
