Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity

A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in transaction advisory services is sought to lead buy-side and sell-side engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, project management experience, and be able to analyze data to provide strategic advice to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses.
  • Identify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities.
  • Aggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial trends.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, managing a team through drafting request lists, creating databooks, and preparing materials for management meetings.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA(US) or CFA (US) certifications with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Capacity to understand an entity through analyzing financial statements and creating analyses.
