Transaction Advisory Services Professional

Sikich is seeking a seasoned transaction advisory services professional with 4+ years of experience in this field.

The ideal candidate will assess business risks and opportunities, advise on acquisitions and restructuring, and analyze financial data to guide decision-making.

This role involves:

  • Performing financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses;
  • Identifying and analyzing business and financial risks and opportunities;
  • Advising strategic and private equity buyers & sellers on alternative strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses;
  • Aggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations;
  • Working on multiple projects of varying size and complexity;
  • Participating in client meetings while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis;

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA (US) certifications with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
  • CFA (US) Level I or II would be an added advantage;
  • Strong project management capabilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
