Job Title: Business Relationship Manager-Digital-Business Loans-Sales

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of high-performing individuals to achieve business targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing short-term and long-term strategies, providing product trainings, communicating clear instructions, and receiving feedback from team members. Additionally, they will lead, motivate, and hand-hold low performing team members to scale up to meet minimum benchmark productivity levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and Manage Daily Productivity Levels: Lead a team of 7-10 FOS to achieve target business numbers by developing and implementing effective strategies.
  2. Develop Short-Term and Long-Term Strategies: Develop short-term and long-term strategies to achieve business targets, including data massaging and allocation to FOS engaged in day-to-day business.
  3. Provide Product Trainings: Provide product trainings and refresher training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  4. Communicate Clear Instructions: Communicate clear instructions and receive feedback from team members to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
  5. Lead, Motivate, and Hand-Hold Low Performing Team Members: Lead, motivate, and hand-hold low performing team members to help them improve their performance and meet minimum benchmark productivity levels.
  6. Hire and Retain Top Talent: Hire and retain top talent to maintain threshold seat occupancy level throughout the month.
