A leading organization seeks a seasoned expert to spearhead the development and management of cutting-edge telephony solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Design, develop, deploy, and manage Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise.
- Optimize telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer – systems, processes and staff using high-tech methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in Applications Development and similar domains.
- Profound knowledge of Twilio Flex (Cloud platform), ReactJS, HTML/CSS, and AI.
- Desirable skills include Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, CUCM, and other related technologies.
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
