About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, software applications, and customer service.

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing remote technical support and problem resolution assistance to customers. This includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and teamwork skills with a professional demeanor to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Gather knowledge of assigned customers' technical and business environments.
  • Document and verify reported problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation.
  • Engage additional resources when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively to management, peers, and account teams in support of customers.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of main products and strategy.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Understanding of PCs, Networks, OS platforms, Cloud environments, databases, telephony, software applications, and ACDs.
  • Ability to learn complex software tools quickly.
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems.
  • Ability to develop resolutions to problems of limited scope and follow standard practices and procedures.
