We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Soft Skills & Communication to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning modules for our professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned trainer/consultant to contribute to building strong business communication and interpersonal capabilities across teams.

Contract Details

Duration: 6–7 months

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and facilitate training sessions on Professional Communication, SMART Goal Setting, Strategy, Storytelling, and Client/Patient Communication.

Develop engaging content, case studies, and role-play scenarios to enhance practical learning.

Deliver interactive workshops, webinars, and virtual sessions for diverse learner groups.

Coach participants on business communication, writing skills, presentation techniques, collaboration, and crisis handling.

Provide feedback, mentoring, and guidance to ensure measurable skill development.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize content based on organizational needs.

Required Skillsets & Experience

5–7 years of proven experience as a Soft Skills / Communication Trainer, SME, or Learning Consultant.

Strong expertise in:

Business Communication

Writing & Presentation Skills

Storytelling Techniques

SMART Goal Frameworks

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

Crisis Handling & Conflict Management

Demonstrated ability to engage participants in virtual/remote training environments.

Excellent command of English with strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
