Job Title: Subject Manager

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of content and working closely with subject matter experts to develop high-quality questions banks. Your role will involve creating engaging assessments that cater to various subjects and skill levels.

Years of Experience :: 8 to 10

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of our question banks by developing and implementing effective content management strategies.
  • Create and review content in multiple languages to cater to diverse learners.
  • Manage a team of subject matter experts to develop and maintain a robust question bank.
  • Track and analyze inventory levels to optimize content availability.
  • Define and implement selection criteria for subject matter experts.
  • Train and develop subject matter expert pools to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects and meet organizational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong subject matter expertise in school subjects up to the 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Excellent understanding of the education system and curriculum frameworks.
  • Experience in assessment and evaluation in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
