About this Managerial Role

This role is responsible for managing subject matter experts and working closely with other administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Assessment Questions: Ensure high-quality questions are developed for assessments.
  • Content Development: Develop multiple-choice questions in general knowledge and current affairs.
  • Question Bank Management:
    • Design question banks, set quality standards for writing and review.
    • Track inventory and maintain optimal levels of item availability in assigned domains/subjects.
  • Subject Matter Expert Management: Define selection criteria, monitor expert performance, train and develop pools.
  • Test Design: Create test designs in areas of expertise and coordinate with experts to finalize designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Support to Lead Administrator: Support the lead administrator in delivering projects and other requirements as needed.
  • Post-Exam Analysis: Analyze questions post-exam, report to management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Subject competence in school subjects up to 12th level (NCERT syllabus).
  • Understanding of education system and NCERT/CBSE/boards.
  • Experience in education sector related to assessment and evaluation (test designs/blueprints, question development).
  • Good command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: General Knowledge, Current Affairs.
