We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Professional to join our faculty team as a BSc program lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach BSc program courses in various disciplines according to curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
  • Design lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work.
  • Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.
  • Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
  • Participate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities.
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth.
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.
  • Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).
  • NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline preferred (as per UGC norms).
  • 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline.
  • Effective communication and mentoring skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.
