  • Review and provide detailed feedback on all application components, including personal statements, SOPs, LORs, essays, resumes, and forms, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor a team of counselors, promoting consistency, timely communication, and adherence to admissions timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—mentors, editors, and test prep specialists—to align strategy and execution for each student.
  • Organize internal trainings, case reviews, and brainstorming sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on U.S., U.K., and Canadian admissions platforms such as Common App, UCAS, and OUAC, advising families on academic equivalencies, scholarship opportunities, interview preparation, and offer comparisons.
