Academic Recruitment Professional

Are you a driven professional with experience in recruitment and employee engagement? We are seeking a skilled Academic Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment and engagement of educators (LINC Fellows) across India and international markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives to build a high-performing educator network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead domestic and international recruitment & onboarding of educators (LINC Fellows)
  • Conduct manpower planning & create resourcing strategies
  • Manage training documentation and onboarding processes
  • Support teacher deployment and contracting
  • Design and implement regular engagement activities for educators
  • Partner with leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with business growth

Requirements:

  • MBA/MA in HR (Tier-I preferred)
  • ~5 years' experience in recruitment/employee engagement (education/academia a plus)
  • Proficiency in ATS tools
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams
