">Global Telecommunications Expert Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced telecommunications expert to join our international team. As a key member of our global team, you'll play a vital role in delivering innovative engineering solutions and end-to-end network support to clients worldwide.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches, requiring at least 5 years' experience
  • Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
