Telecoms Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Integration Specialist with expertise in wireless network projects to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RAN equipment.

The role involves end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades (4G/5G), and ensuring seamless performance as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN nodes for wireless projects.
  • Work on various RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per guidelines.
  • Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration (LTE/5G).
  • Hands-on experience with AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with NetAct/ENM, OSS tools, and industry tools.
