Global Integration Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Global Integration Delivery Specialist to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem. This role combines project management excellence with system integration expertise to orchestrate integration projects that connect systems, data, and teams across continents.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients by delivering high-quality integration projects that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage demand management & onboarding processes for initiatives/projects requiring digital backbone integration.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Manage client, internal team, and third-party vendor expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Implement agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, mentor and coach team members, provide feedback, and support professional development.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 15+ years leading delivery or project management role in Integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
