Job Title: HR Manager

Role Overview:

The role of an HR Manager is to design, execute and sustain Human Resource initiatives that drive employee engagement, foster continuous learning and build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

This includes designing and executing Business Leadership Programs (BLP) which are entry-level leadership programs aimed at developing future leaders within the organization.

In partnership with senior management, create initiatives that promote inclusion, recognition and organizational culture. Develop and implement comprehensive employee well-being frameworks that address physical, emotional, mental and financial health.

Introduce wellness programs, workshops and awareness campaigns in collaboration with external experts. Ensure access to counseling, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and health-related resources.

Learning & Training:

Design and manage learning programs, workshops and capability-building initiatives (both classroom and digital). Evaluate learning effectiveness and ensure measurable return on investment (ROI) from training interventions.

Talent Management:

Contribute to performance management cycles, policies and governance. Support in designing and implementing talent initiatives. Drive execution of individual development plans (IDPs) and career development pathways.

HR Projects:

Lead cross-functional HR projects on engagement, learning and talent. Qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR is required. Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Analytical and data-driven mindset preferred.
