Enterprise Solution Architect Leader

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise solution architecture, integrations, and iPaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enforce coding standards, reusable templates, and solution design best practices.
  • Review and validate solution designs for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Govern integration architecture across APIs, webhooks, ETL pipelines, and hybrid models.
  • Solve complex workflow problems and optimize large database querying.
  • Deliver insights into business intelligence formats, reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for enterprise users.
  • Apply cybersecurity best practices while designing solutions and ensure compliance with authentication flows, encryption, and enterprise governance standards.
  • Stay updated on AI applications in enterprise environments and know what's possible, where it helps, and where it's limited.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, integrations, or iPaaS platforms.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deploying and scaling enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, Node.js, ETL pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong experience in large database querying (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB) and enterprise data movement.
  • Familiarity with top enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools, reporting formats, and dashboard integrations.
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices, encryption, authentication flows, and compliance.
  • Awareness of AI applications in enterprise environments (strengths, limitations, integration touchpoints).
  • Ability to interpret unclear business requirements and offer structured solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills: mentoring, enforcing standards, validating solutions, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving ability in high-pressure, enterprise scenarios.
