Chief Technology Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Strategist to lead our technology architecture and solutions delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and strategy for our organization, aligning technology with business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology architecture, solution design, and enterprise-level delivery.

  • Lead Architecture Design and Governance: Oversee the development of architectural blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Define Technical Roadmaps: Develop and implement technical roadmaps that align with client strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior stakeholders to define future-state architecture and ensure seamless integration.
  • Guide and Mentor Teams: Lead and mentor teams of architects and technical leads, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Stay Ahead of Emerging Trends: Continuously assess emerging trends and their impact on our business.
  • Innovative Solutions: Identify and introduce innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
  • Technology Evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations and provide recommendations on technology investments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design and present architectures.
  • Ensure Architectural Integrity: Maintain consistent delivery quality across programs and projects.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer guidance during solution implementation as needed.
  • Client Understanding: Develop deep understanding of client domains, products, and strategy to tailor architecture accordingly.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Key Customer Discussions: Represent technology team in key customer discussions, governance forums, and steering committees.
About You:

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in application development, cloud infrastructure, and security, as well as proven leadership in architecture for complex IT environments and large-scale transformation projects.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), frontend technologies (Angular), backend technologies (Node.js, J2EE, .NET), mobility solutions, cross-platform architecture, enterprise integration patterns, microservices, APIs, security frameworks, and Agile/DevOps delivery environments.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Technology Architecture: Proven track record in technology architecture, solution design, and enterprise-level delivery.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in application development, cloud infrastructure, and security.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership in architecture for complex IT environments and large-scale transformation projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), frontend technologies (Angular), backend technologies (Node.js, J2EE, .NET), mobility solutions, cross-platform architecture, enterprise integration patterns, microservices, APIs, security frameworks, and Agile/DevOps delivery environments.
