Senior Technology Director

This leadership role oversees the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. The successful candidate will provide vision, direction, and operational excellence to ensure seamless user experiences across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive software innovation, mobile app development, and web platform modernization to enhance ministry reach and engagement.
  • Manage API integrations, cloud-based infrastructure, websites, and mobile apps for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Evaluate technology adoption decisions, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and frameworks (Angular, React, Flutter, Node.js, Python, .NET Core, Firebase, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization).
Leadership Expectations
  • Supervise IT infrastructure teams for cloud and on-premise server management, networks, and telecom systems.
  • Ensure high uptime, scalability, and minimal call drops for Tele Prayer Tower systems.
  • Implement 24/7 connectivity across all Prayer Towers and remote teams.
  • Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect prayer data, donor/partner information, and ministry systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience in large-scale operations (NGO/Non-Profit/Telecom/Enterprise IT background desirable).
  • Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2 (Project Management), AWS/Azure (Cloud), CISSP/CEH (Cybersecurity) preferred.
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes ecosystems.
Strategic Alignment
  • Align IT initiatives with ministry growth and outreach goals, ensuring every technological investment strengthens the brand and global vision.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to integrate technology-driven solutions, enhancing the impact of prayer, counseling, and hope.
