We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our technology team as a Director - Technology Leader.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design, architecture, and software development, with expertise in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms.

They will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions, leading a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong system design and architecture skills
    • Functional or object-oriented programming skills
    • Clean coding principles (SOLID principles)
    • Expertise in common design patterns
  • Programming Languages:
    • Two or more of Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby
  • Databases:
    • PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or any RDBMS
    • Strong SQL and performance tuning skills
    • Database design knowledge
