We are a leading financial services provider in the real estate sector, seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in project finance and relationship management to drive business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead deal origination efforts with mid-segment real estate developers in Pune and Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the lending process forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate deals with mid-segment real estate developers for their project finance requirements
  • Evaluate client credit data and financial statements to assess potential risks and opportunities
  • Work closely with financial institutions and developer teams during the lending process to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in RE finance sales with a reputable Bank/HFC/NBFC/Advisory Firm
  • Strong relationships with developers (promoter level) in Pune and Mumbai
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure sales environments
  • In-depth knowledge of the RE finance process and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English and Marathi
