  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of plugin features and functionality.
  • Effectively manage tickets in dedicated support tools and participate in collaborative projects on version control platforms.
  • Stay current with product releases, updates, and industry trends.

Essential Skills

  • Thorough understanding of WordPress fundamentals, including troubleshooting, debugging, database management, and plugin configuration expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, with specialization in plugin customization and integration techniques.
