Job Title: Real Estate Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of real estate development projects.

  • Project Planning & Management:
    • Manage end-to-end development activities from feasibility to delivery.
    • Prepare and maintain detailed project development plans, including schedules, costs, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate internal teams (finance, sales, legal) and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors).
    • Identify critical path activities and ensure on-time completion of each project phase.
  • Design Development:
    • Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure compliance with local codes, functional needs, and project goals.
    • Secure all required regulatory, environmental, and municipal approvals and permits.
    • Maintain adherence to planning regulations and zoning requirements throughout the process.
  • Cost Control & Reporting:
    • Develop project budgets and track actual expenditures vs. forecast.
    • Evaluate construction cost estimates and value engineering proposals.
    • Work with finance teams to monitor cash flow, payments, and financial KPIs.
  • Construction Oversight:
    • Liaise with construction teams or general contractors to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
    • Address site issues and coordinate solutions between stakeholders.
    • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld on site.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular progress, cost, and risk reports to senior management and investors.
    • Document decisions, regulations, and audit purposes.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
    • Negotiate and administer contracts with consultants, contractors, authorities, and community stakeholders.
    • Align development with commercial goals and timelines through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
