Job Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced People Operations Business Partner to join our team.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to business leaders and People Partners by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations for action.
You will play a pivotal role in advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive team through our onboarding, growth, engagement, retention, and inclusion practices.
- Onboarding:
Ensure seamless integration of new hires by guiding them through our culture and policies on their first day, handling asset and access-related tasks, and conducting background verification processes.
Talent Management:Foster a high happiness and productivity index by regularly connecting with new and existing team members, identifying and addressing people-related conflicts or concerns, and serving as the single point of contact for policy and culture-related inquiries.
Employee Engagement:Develop and implement strategies to keep the team engaged through fun online and offline activities, ensuring they feel connected and valued.
Communication:Create and manage all communication related to the People Operations team, including email templates, policies, and engagement activity announcements.
Policies and Procedures:Collaborate with leaders to draft policies and add them to our handbook, reflecting our vision, mission, and values.
Attrition and Retention:Strategize programs to minimize attrition and maximize retention, conducting exit interviews and overseeing off-boarding end-to-end.
Logistics and Administration:Plan and manage team offsites, workations, and logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute people processes from start to finish.
Vendor Management:Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to close and maintain end-to-end partnerships, processing salary changes and payroll with the Finance team within TATs.
Support and Coordination:Provide support to the People Operations and Talent Acquisition team as needed, vetting paperwork and contracts, and assisting with other tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail, with a mature and empathetic approach to handling people's matters.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
Proven experience in People Operations, people programs, staffing, and/or other large-scale people-related roles.
Familiarity with local labour laws and employee relations case management.
Proficiency with numbers, MS Office, and related tools like Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works, etc.
Prior experience working with a remote, global team of over 250 people is highly desirable.
