
Real Estate Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented professional to support our growing commercial real estate operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of sales and leasing strategies
- Assist in identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients
- Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients
- Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to real estate policies
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred
