As a seasoned performance marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and scaling our business. You will develop and execute high-impact campaigns across various digital platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Optimize campaign performance continuously to improve return on investment (ROI) and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Lead A/B testing of creatives – including ad copy, visuals, and formats – to discover breakthrough campaigns
  • Leverage data analytics to guide budget allocation and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external forums
Requirements:
  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in fast-growing startups or global brands
  • Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools
  • A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Confident in taking ownership – from setting strategy to leading execution
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction
