Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.

Job Overview

We need a talented individual with expertise in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), cost per action (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
  • Collaboration and Creativity: Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic ads.
  • Campaign Optimization: Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Agency Experience: Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
