Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels
for both
e-commerce sales and lead generation
. - Manage daily budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns meet ROI/ROAS/CPL goals.
- Conduct testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with designers, content teams, and web developers for high-performing ads and landing pages.
- Implement and optimize funnels, retargeting campaigns, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years
of hands-on experience in
Meta Ads & Google Ads
for both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager dashboards.
- Experience with landing page optimization and lead funnels is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
