Job Description:

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead the purchase and store team to achieve departmental targets. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, optimizing procurement, inventory, and sourcing processes for cost savings and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.

Key areas of focus include negotiating with existing and new vendors, finalizing L1/L2 vendors, executing agreements, and maintaining vendor trackers with cost-benefit analysis. You will also manage inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence, and continuously explore and develop new vendors to improve rates and services.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the purchase and store team to achieve departmental targets.
  • Optimize procurement, inventory, and sourcing processes for cost savings and efficiency.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards, managing inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence, and utilizing ERP systems for tracking and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain. Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills are essential, along with knowledge of ERP systems and supplier management processes.
