SaaS Customer Onboarding Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will lead and scale our customer onboarding function, ensuring seamless product integration and driving revenue recognition. Your expertise in strategic thinking, team management, and hands-on execution will be pivotal in optimizing operational processes and timely revenue capture.
This leadership role combines high-level vision with tactical execution to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate time-to-value (TTV). Key responsibilities include designing and implementing onboarding processes, serving as the final point of escalation for complex integration issues, and leading a high-performing onboarding team.
Ideal Candidate:- Familiarity with marketing automation and CDP ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Strong team building and project management skills for technical projects.
- Experience with software implementation or consultative roles (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in managing technical project deliveries or Technical Services.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and changing business requirements.
- Background in building new service capabilities to accommodate growth, scale, and global reach.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT engineering, or a related field.
Mumbai based position, working a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday).
