We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Talent Ro. As a key member of our customer success division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

About the Role:

">

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer-oriented leadership to drive business results and expand our customer base. You will own customer outcomes, identify key metrics that matter to our customers, and develop strategies to deliver quantifiable impact to their businesses.

">

You will also improve customer experience, increase revenue, and reduce costs by building long-term relationships with our customers and key stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for annual recurring revenue, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, customer NPS, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Owning customer outcomes and identifying key metrics that matter to our customers">
  • Developing strategies to deliver quantifiable impact to our customers' businesses">
  • Improving customer experience and increasing revenue through long-term relationships">
  • Managing annual recurring revenue, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, customer NPS, and retention">
  • Representing Talent Ro and its values, and leading a high-performing team across customer success and account management">

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you should have a track record of delivering customer outcomes and possess strong leadership skills. You should also have a minimum of 13-20 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a customer-oriented leadership role in a SaaS, Enterprise Software, and/or Supply Chain consulting or third-party logistics experience.

">

You should also have experience in managing enterprise customers, owning revenue/NRR targets, and possessing a preferred MBA or Engineering graduate degree from a reputable institute.

What We Offer:

Talent Ro offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
