Client Acquisition Lead

The ideal candidate will drive sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region by expanding the broker/channel partner network and bringing in direct clients.

  • Lead a team of sourcing managers across site locations to ensure target achievement through structured planning.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals.
  • Review team performance regularly and mentor them to improve quality of leads being generated and converted.
  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across Thane by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline by identifying opportunities and driving qualified walk-ins and site visits.
  • Coordinate with on-site Sales teams to drive closures and strengthen relationships with IPCs and local brokers.
  • Act as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by approaching new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai.
  • Identify, onboard, and educate new channel partners on inventory, pricing, promotions, and project updates.
  • Regularly engage with the CP network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs.
  • Track and evaluate CP performance, resolve partner queries, and drive continued engagement.

  • Bring in direct clients and investors for ongoing mandate projects.
  • Lead a team of sourcing managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with on-site Sales teams to drive closures.
