Job Overview

The Director of Creative Strategy will lead the creative vision, planning, and execution of design strategies for luxury projects. This role requires a leader with strong creative sensibilities and the ability to translate concepts into exceptional design deliverables while ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.

  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of design strategies for luxury projects, integrating second home luxury and themed living concepts.
  • Oversight of master planning, architectural design direction, landscape design, and interior styling in alignment with the company ethos.
  • Collaboration with architecture, engineering, project management, and sales & marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Compliance with statutory regulations, municipal requirements, and environmental considerations in all design plans.
  • Design reviews at various project stages, ensuring global standards of luxury design and finishing.
  • Management and mentorship of the in-house design team as well as coordination with external consultants, architects, and design partners.
  • Stay updated on international trends in luxury real estate, sustainable design, and smart living technologies, applying them where relevant.
  • Presentation of design pitches, mood boards, and presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and potential clients.
  • Adherence to quality and aesthetic standards.
