Project Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our luxury villa and bungalow projects from design integration to construction and interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and managerial background in project management, construction, and interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Personally monitor site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolve execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, high-end hotels, malls) strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
  • High proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with consultants, vendors, and high-profile stakeholders.
