About the RoleThe Project Director will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-end projects. This role demands strategic oversight, exceptional team management, and the ability to ensure all projects maintain the highest standards of quality and timely execution.

- Team Leadership and Management:
- Work closely with senior executives to oversee daily operational functions.

- Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Spearhead key initiatives and projects across multiple functional areas.
- Collaborate with senior executives to formulate actionable plans for process enhancement and stakeholder engagement.
- People Management:
- Oversee the performance management of direct reports, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support recruitment strategies, training, development, and career progression planning for team members.
