Job Description">

As a seasoned Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of organizational changes by ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, and technologies.

">Key Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management, with a strong understanding of techno-commercial knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Prosci Change Management certification is highly desirable.
  • Prior consulting experience in change management is essential.
  • Supply chain and SAP S/4HANA experience are significant advantages.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans.
  • Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities and use change management tools to create effective strategies.
  • Support communication efforts, including designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input on training programs and support their design and delivery.
