We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Testing Expert to lead the development and execution of automated tests, ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

  • Test Strategy and Planning: Develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data to ensure effective testing.
  • Automated Testing: Design, develop, and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
  • Test Execution and Defect Management: Execute automated tests, manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Infrastructure and Environment: Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and report questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies to product teams.
  • Mentorship and Training: Document and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the identification, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process.
  • Estimation and Debugging: Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development and debug test failures to trace to failing code.
  • Technical Expertise: Have knowledge of Defect Management, Bug life cycle, Performance management, and experience building automation frameworks for web-based software as well as on mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation using object-oriented programming language, experience working with Jenkins CI/CD framework, and excellent SQL skills. Additionally, they should possess strong interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate and drive sustainable processes.

As an Automation Testing Expert, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and guiding the team on solution creation, PoC, prototyping, problem-solving, and consulting engagements.
