Job Role:

Organizational Learning and Development Leader

As a leader in organizational learning and development, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across departments by spearheading internal training initiatives. This visionary leader will create, implement, and evaluate impactful learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Strategy & Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Develop training modules covering company culture and values, product knowledge, technical skills, software tools, and productivity systems.
    • Continuously assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance analysis.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging in-house training sessions as a Corporate Trainer.
    • Deliver high-impact training to directors, category managers, senior leaders, and other strategic teams.
    • Oversee onboarding training for new hires, ensuring cultural and functional alignment.
  • Team Building & Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing L&D team under your guidance.
    • Coach and mentor internal trainers or training coordinators.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
  • Learning Management System (LMS):
    • Manage and optimize the company's LMS system to ensure efficient learning delivery.
    • Monitor learner progress, completion rates, and performance outcomes.
    • Implement gamification or other engagement tools to enhance LMS adoption.
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and ROI analysis.
    • Provide insights and reports to management on training impact.
    • Suggest and implement productivity improvement strategies across departments.
