The Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced professional to drive organizational excellence through governance policy and process development, implementation, and monitoring. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, fostering continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Governance Initiatives:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic governance policies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to drive business growth.
  • Policy and Process Development:
    • Design, document, and maintain organization-wide policies and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Compliance and Standards Adherence:
    • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a robust governance framework that aligns with business goals.
  • Internal Audit Support:
    • Collaborate with internal audit teams to conduct audits, provide necessary documentation, insights, and recommendations to ensure compliance and process integrity.
  • Risk Management:
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with governance processes, ensuring the organization's risk profile remains within acceptable limits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Product Lifecycle Governance:
    • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC) governance principles and best practices.
  • Process Development and Optimization:
    • Proven ability to design and implement policies and processes that drive organizational efficiency.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
